  • Shout out to our track team for sending 10 athletes to compete at state last week! Maxim Delyagin took 3rd in the 800 meter race, Grace Ding placed 6th in the 1600m, Addy Van Winkle placed 7th in the pole vault and Sammy Connell placed 8th in the 3200m!

Lila Berry (she/her), Reporter

Sophomore Lila Berry is so excited to be entering her first year at Nordic News! She enjoys writing, reading and playing games in newspapers. In school, she is involved in various clubs and activities including DECA. Outside of school, she is a coxswain for the Inglemoor crew team and loves to spend time with her friends, family and dog. Lila likes to bake, cook, watch old movies and TV shows and spends way too much money on coffee. She is excited to write news articles this year, improve her photography skills and expand her knowledge of journalism.
