Nicole Chen (she/her)
Sophomore Nicole Chen is excited to begin her first year as a reporter for Nordic News. During this upcoming school year, she hopes to make new friends, improve her writing skills, and create insightful articles for others to read. Nicole participates in multiple club activities such as DECA and National Honor Society. In her free time, she enjoys reading, listening to music, and spending time with her friends and family. 
Alan Wu (he/him)
Alan Wu (he/him), Design Editor
Senior Alan Wu is the Design Editor for the 2023-2024 school year, and is looking forward to creating eye-catching articles and developing his design portfolio. He also wishes to make Nordic a more fun and interesting class for new staff, as well as help them develop their design skills along with him. Another club he participates in is Mock Trial, where he is the current PR Manager. Away from school, he enjoys various arts such as jewelry making and painting, listening to music, and going out with friends. 
Rishi Gala (he/him)
Junior Rishi Gala is electrified to start his first year as a reporter for Nordic News in the 2023-2024 school year. Rishi is also a member in Art Club, the public relations executive in SASA, in IHS Crew, and doing WANIC for Art and Animation. His goals for this year are to produce colorful and informative stories that people will enjoy and talk about. He also finds delight in drawing, spending time with his friends, traveling, and listening to different kinds of music.
