Julian Willnow

Julian Willnow, Managing Editor & Sports Editor

A returning member of the Nordic News staff, Julian Willnow is both Managing Editor and Sports Editor this year. While 7th period newspaper is his favorite class, Julian also takes full IB classes. Julian is also involved in clubs at Inglemoor and is Co-President of IHS Amnesty International. Outside of school, Julian likes to play soccer, listen to music, and stay woke, unlike Jack Donahue, who stays asleep.

Senior quarterback Brayden Mills sits on the sideline after breaking his fibula and dislocating his ankle during the Vikings game at Lake Washington on Sept. 9. The team has had many injuries this season and hopes that they can succeed despite these setbacks. Inglemoor went on to lose the game 31-21.

Football combats injuries with positivity

Senior co-captain Teanen Chen  focuses as she prepares to return the ball in her doubles match against Liberty High School. Chen would go on to win the match with her partner and fellow senior co-captain Kaylee Holleman. The team lost 3-4, with all of the doubles teams winning and all of the singles players losing. The girls’ tennis team record is 0-2, which they seek to improve next Tuesday against Redmond.
