Jacoy has been working in student journalism since 8th grade. In 9th grade she was Editor In Chief of the reinvented Titan Shield at Northshore Junior High. She joined Nordic News as a sophomore and currently works as Feature Editor, A&E Editor and Business Manager. Feature is Jacoy's favorite section as she can connect to people and tell their stories. Jacoy enjoys watching TV, movies, reading, writing stories, making movies, football and baseball. She is a professional umpire and baseball coach. A majority of her time is spent working on IB homework, sleeping, studying, eating, more homework and watching Netflix. Jacoy knows more Doctor Who trivia and other random trivia about TV shows, books and movies than you would ever want to know. Seriously.
